Ryan Douglass
Ryan Douglass is a scenic designer, director, and storyteller. He is currently the visiting assistant professor of scenic design at Purdue University. He has also worked as an adjunct professor in theatre and design at The Pennsylvania State University, University of Missouri Kansas City, and Binghamton University. He graduated with his MFA in Scenic Design from The Pennsylvania State University. He received Bachelor of Arts degrees in Music and Theatre from The Florida State University in 2009. Previously he was a high school theatre teacher at University High School in Orlando FL for seven years and a performer at Walt Disney World for eight years. Ryan has a passion for musical theatre and themed entertainment. He strives to find ways to introduce new and burgeoning technologies into his designs and the theatre world at large.
